Arcade CRM respects your right to privacy. All information collected by Arcade CRM is used to improve the experience and quality of the Service.

User Information

When you register for a Arcade CRM user account, we collect only the e-mail address and any user profile fields which are filled out, such as the users name. This information is used solely for identification inside the Service and email communication to and from the Service between you and the Arcade CRM team.

Cookies

A cookie is a small amount of data which often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a web site’s computers and is stored on your computers hard drive.
Cookies are required to use Arcade CRM in order to uniquely identify your browser and user preferences while logged in. We use non-permanent cookies that last for up to two weeks, after which you will be required to log in to the Service again.

Arcade CRM uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Arcade CRM. Although Arcade CRM owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Arcade CRM application, you retain all rights to your data.

Arcade CRM may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas when a users actions may violate the Terms of Service.

Arcade CRM reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any significant changes to this policy will be sent out to the account owners registered email address.
